Well after 12 ear infections in Max's short 22 month life it is time to get Ear Tubes put in and Adenoids taken out!
Max at his pre op appointment.
I was a little nervous how Max was going to act not getting to Eat OR Drink anything till after surgery but he did surprisingly well!
Max getting prepped for surgery I asked him to lay down and relax in bed and he did really good for a min or so until he found out it was going to be a little while and he could play with toys!
Just hanging out before Surgery.
Once Max found this toy he would not get off! He loved it he loved going on the road (since the hall looked like the road)
They gave him is Mask with bubble gum smelling inside and stickers on the outside so he could practice breathing in it like he would have to do in surgery.
Max liked to practice :-)
Then it was time for him to go back and like I said before he would NOT get off the bike so they allowed him to ride it back to surgery! Going past the double doors where I had to stay behind.
Off to Surgery he went.
Waiting for him to wake up for Anesthesia. So Peaceful... Until he came out and then it was a little hard to calm him down and reason with him.
During Max's hard time waking up. Poor little guy!
When all looked good we headed home and this little guy was tired!
We just relaxed the rest of the day!
Love him! He did SO good!
