Elder Donald Roos' Farewell to Lima Peru

 At the end of April we went down to Blackfoot to tell Dean's little Brother goodbye for Two Years while he serves his mission in Lima Peru. (Spanish Speaking) It was great to spend a few days with him and the family just hanging out!

The happening of our life lately.

Over the last several weeks we have helped my mom redo her living room and one of the bedrooms in her house (Daniel's room) we did this because it REALLY needed done but also to surprise Daniel when he got home from his mission (The First of May) Below are pics of demolition and remodel enjoy.

We love how it turned out! As you can tell we did the room in Browns, Tans, and Creams.

Now on to Daniels Room,

This room we did Gray and White with Orange bedding.

It all turned out BEAUTIFUL!

One day there was a box on the couch and I have heard how kids like boxes so I put Max inside and sure enough. HE LOVED IT!

Another day I was sleeping because I had worked the previous night and Dean was busy in the kitchen making DELICIOUS Pita Bread!

One evening after I got ready for work I was holding Max and he zonked out!

4/8 he picked something up with two fingers only and ate it.

4/9 crawled for the first time.

4/17 crawl, stop, and sit halfway up.

4/24 Max is barely starting to pull himself up more like crawling up me/things, eating everything including meats and small pieces of bread

4/30 crawl and sit up

Amazing the changes he makes each month!

Can't believe it has been 4 YEARS

This week Dean and I celebrated our 4 YEAR Anniversary! I can't believe it has been that long. TIME IS FLYING! Love him SO much!

Well we are keeping up with our temple tradition. This year Dean was over planning the trip and I helped where he needed it. (Finding a baby sitter) This year we went to Utah for the weekend and went to the Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple. BIG thanks to Meagan Cambell for watching Max for us while we went!

The first night we got to town we were able to see our friends the Gordan's and spend sometime with them! It was so fun, we have missed them and living so close) aka they use to live below us in Rexburg.

After the temple we went to JOES CRAB SHACK! It is also a tradition to go to sea food for our anniversary because we went to the Oregon Coast on our Honey Moon and it reminds us of that!

After we ate our Seafood we headed up to Heber City (close to Park city) for the rest of the weekend.

The next Day we went on a BEAUTIFUL scenery TRAIN ride!

After that we went to the Olympic park.

THE OUTLETS! I had SO much fun!

Then we went back to the timeshare and relaxed for the night.

We gave Max a bath and then he wanted to crawl and play for a bit.

THIS is one of my all time FAVORITE pics. LOVE his face!

The last day we were there we went to check out the Homestead hot springs. It was Awesome! It is a huge crater that you walk in from the side of it. Then inside is a huge deep hot pool.

It is lit by the sun from a hole in the top of the crater.

This was a FAVORITE place to eat in Arizona so we were SO happy to find one in UTAH!

Love you SO much Dean! Thank you for asking me to marry you 4 years and a few months ago. I think I am the luckiest girl EVER! You are the BEST DAD EVER and my BEST FRIEND! Thank you for making me happy!
