Our Christmas WeeKend!

Well Dean and I both got a four day weekend so we made the most of it. Friday we went to Dean's cousin's Brandon's house and seen family, Some that Dean hasn't seen for Years! So it was so nice to see and meet them!

Here is a picture of the clan.

After we left Brandon's house we ran by where the Phoenix Temple is being built and I snapped a few shots of it. Here they are...

Then we went to our Bishop's house and had a Chrismas party.

Saturday we cleaned and ran some errands and then went to Texas Road House to Celebrate Dean's Birthday as a couple! Yum!!!

Sunday (Christmas) was a great day! We are truly blessed! Below are the Christmas cards we received this year and I feel so loved! Thank you everyone for making us feel special!
Christmas morning we got up and unwrapped presents. (You can kind of see our tree between our heads) hahaha

Then went to Church, our bishopric spoke and the spirit was so strong! After Church we came home. Ate Papa Murphies Pizza that we bought the night before, and played with our presents!

Ok Dean didn't really get to play with his cause they were golf clubs as you can see but...

I played with mine a lot. My Keyboard!

Chrismas was so great! I was a lot of fun, and Very relaxing. I have to admit I even liked eating Pizza on Christmas! It was also great because we got to talk to my Brother Daniel and Dean's Sister Rachel who are both on their missions! I miss them a lot but they both are doing great and are learning and growing! It was SO good to hear their voices.

Monday (Today) we went to the driving range so Dean could break his clubs in. I had a lot of fun watching and spending time with him.

After the Driving range we went to War Horse a new movie out. It was good, a little different then we thought be we still like it. I would give it a 7 out of 10.

Well this last week has been so amazing, I have got to see family and spend some quality time with Dean. It was awesome and much needed. Work and life have been really busy for us lately. So we really enjoy when we can be together all day for a few days! I love Dean with all my heart and am so grateful for all of his hard work! Thank you sweetie for all that you do for me! You are the BEST!

Family VISITORS and Dean's BIRTHDAY!!!

This past week has been so fun! My Sister's family and my MOM came to visit for a few days! They came Saturday the 17th - Thursday the 22nd. Here is what we did...

They showed up Saturday about 3 in the Afternoon and we had Pizza for Dinner and the Boys headed off to the Hockey Game while us girls and the Kids went to a candy store and to the mall to look around. (the dog store was a hit!)

Sunday we went to Church, I said good bye to my primary class as we made marshmellow snowmen. After church we came home and ate the brisket I had cooking all night. I was good but I am not a fan of cornbeef brisket. After Dinner I promised the kids we could open Christmas presents since we had their family for Christmas this year, here are a few pics.

Kayden opening the Pillow I made him. Lightning McQueen!

I think he liked it!

The girls opening their coloring books!
They loved them cause they had magic markers that didn't draw on anything but the paper!

Ashlee showing her present off.
Mark and Chelle opening the Gift Card.

Me enjoying myself!
Us girls posing, mom also liked her Hilary Weeks Cd and Speakers!
This is what Kaitlyn did while we opened presents!

After opening Presents we went to Mesa to see the temple lights and as always they were a Huge hit!

Monday we spent the day playing at the park, shopping at IKEA, and enjoying time together. Dean and I also were sick (had the flu of some kind) from Monday till Thursday NOT FUN! But we definitely made the best of our time! Dean and I had Tuesday and Wednesday off of work so we watched the kids while Chelle, Mark, and Mom went to the temple! I got up with the kids and I was playing with them and then I turned around and saw Kaitlyn Laying down her head so I rubbed her face for a sec and then this happened...
Too cute not to take a picture. After they got back from the temple we went to PEI WEI and had lunch. I had to laugh at our fortunes cause they were pretty accurate. Mine was about the loved one (I just got to talk to my brother on his mission) and Dean's was about the stock market. We got a good laugh out of them.

Then we split off the boys went to Cabelas and the girls went to a fabric store and the Container store! We met back up to have fish tacos at Rubios and then we went to the Zoo to see the Christmas lights and here is what we saw.

Love my Family!

It was a lot of fun and I think everyone enjoyed it. The kids even got free Giraffes!

Wednesday was Dean's Birthday he turned 27! This year I wanted to do something special like always and he has been wanting a REALLY nice Knife set for the Kitchen. So I worked my magic. It helped to have a sister who sells pampered chef. SO I got a REALLY nice and expensive knife set for a fraction of what it costs!

So the pictures below are the process of Dean opening his presents. Below is the big box I put the knifes in and I also included a few weights so it was heavy and he had NO idea what it was. hahahaha!

First he opened my moms, she gave him a awesome shirt and a golf ball retriever!

She also gave him a knife. I was a decoy to the real present!

Mark and Chelle gave him his favorite gummie candy!

Then it was time. I think I was more excited then he was cause he had NO clue what it was.

He was so excited! His reaction was OH WOW! Dean's is never surprised when I give him presents cause he knows most of them but this was a TRUE surprise so it was AWESOME!

Dean and his knifes! He is in Love!
Later that day, after sweetish pancakes we went to an Orange Orchard called the Orange Patch to get fresh Oranges! They taste amazing by the way! So here are a few pictures of it.

After the Orchard we went to the park by our house to let the Children Play! and PLAY they did! They didn't want to leave! The Kiddos playing hard...
Ashlee!

Kayden!

Allyssa!

Kaitlyn!

Mom and I
Then we went home and had Ice Cream Cake! Dean and I both do not like real cake so we have other treats on our Birthdays! This year he choose Ice Cream Cake!

Cheese!

Blowing out the candles. I laughed at the kids faces in this one!
After cake we said our good byes cause it was an early morning for all of us the next day! We had a great time with them and are so glad they got to come and visit!

Christmas work PaRtiEs and tumble weed TrEE

Life is fun and as always and has been keeping us busy! The last few weeks we have enjoyed Work Christmas parties and Christmas lights.

Below are a few pictures of Dean's Work party at one of the Edward Jones Head Quarter Offices. The Boys are singing YMCA. It was dark outside so the pictures didn't turn out to good. The party was a lot of fun and it was good to get to see the people Dean talks so much about.

The next weekend was my Work Party at Brio in Gilbert. It was a lot of fun and good to get to know my co-workers better.

My sweetie and I

Alicia and Her Boy friend Brett and Leeana and her Hubby Don

Jen and Her Hubby, Tina, and Don.
