Every year at Christmas time we have a family tradition to get together with my mom's BIG extended family eat dinner, Celebrate my Grandma Bryson Birthday because it is on Christmas Eve, give grandma and grandpa their Christmas Presents and have a family gift exchange.
Here we are celebrating Grandma's 82nd Birthday!
Max opening his present. We put all the kids names in a hat before the party and they draw names and bring a gift to each other.
He got a truck and loves it!
The rest of us adults bring a gift of a 10 dollar value and then we go around and draw numbers. When it is your turn you can take an unopened gift from the table of "still" one from someone else. The gift can be stollen 2 times so it touches 3 hands total and then it is frozen.
This is Grandpa opening his Christmas gift. This year ALL of the family went in and bought Grandpa a BIG gift. We bought him a trip to Alaska to go fishing with a few of my uncles.
He was SO excited!
Love this family tradition! Excited to continue it for years to come.
